Returns Policy
- General Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all our steel-framed mirrors and custom furniture designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Damages reported after 14 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom Orders:
Custom-designed furniture and mirrors are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or damage during transit.
